Brian J. Hunter
 
BRIAN J. HUNTER joined McKellar, Tiedeken and Scoggin in 2008 and has been a partner and shareholder in the firm since 2012. His litigation experience includes representing clients in administrative hearings, personal injury, wrongful death and liability defense claims involving clients in industrial accidents, gas explosions, oil field accidents, burn injuries, construction defects, construction accidents, manufacturing and design defects, motor vehicle and truck/semi accidents, recreational accidents, professional negligence and malpractice including legal and real estate/realtor, school district liability, wage and hour claims, and discrimination.  He is committed to the firms reputation for providing an aggressive and honest representation for all clients.  
 
Brian has extensive experience in administrative proceedings and claims actively representing numerous workers/claimants in pursuit of wyoming workers’ compensation claims and has represented Claimants from around the state. He also aggressively represents employers both in and out of state to achieve positive results defending claims of wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment and investigating claims with Labor Standards for unpaid wages and workers' compensation benefits. 
  
 
Brian's family moved to Wyoming in 1975 with his family following opportunities in the oil, gas and energy industry eventually settling in Casper, the heart of Wyoming. Growing up in Casper he attended Casper College and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 2000. He graduated from the University of Wyoming College Of Law in 2008. During law school, he was the Student Director for the Prosecution Assistance Program. Brian is admitted to practice in all Wyoming State and Federal courts.
